We aim to create a space and network by ways of 1-on-1 mentorship. Our mentorship program is a freely accessible program that creates opportunities for different medical professionals and young health care workers to come together and gain important knowledge and skills from seniors and experienced professionals.

Provide guidance, advice, and coaching in their field of expertise. Provide recommendations on how to approach specific topics that both Mentor and Mentee agree on If willing provide referrals and networking opportunities with other professionals that will benefit the mentee in his/her career goals.
