Mentee Expectations

• Identify areas for guidance and coaching, and proactively communicate your goals and aspirations to your mentor

• Set a time with your mentor and make the best use of your time. Come to meetings prepared with planned topics for discussion

• Be open and honest with your mentor about your challenges and areas of weakness.

Timeline

• Mentors and Mentees will be paired and notified via email. Program outcomes are best reached with consistent and regular check-ins (ideally once a month). It is expected for mentees to reach out to their mentor to schedule the initial meeting and establish a regular schedule.

• It is up to both the mentor and the mentee to decide whether or not they wish to continue communicating after the program assigned duration.
