Mentor Expectations

• Provide guidance, advice, and coaching in their field of expertise

• Provide recommendations ‘insider information ‘on how to approach specific topics that both Mentor and Mentee agree on
• If willing provide referrals and networking opportunities with other professionals that will benefit the mentee in his/her career goals. 

• Meet (in person, email, or phone) with Mentee regularly ( Ideally once a month meet up)

Timeline

• Mentors and Mentees will be paired and notified via email. Program outcomes are best reached with consistent and regular check-ins (ideally once a month). It is expected for mentees to reach out to their mentor to schedule the initial meeting and establish a regular schedule.

• It is up to both the mentor and the mentee to decide whether or not they wish to continue communicating after the program assigned duration.
