Dr. Ibsa Finished Medical school at St. Paul’s Hospital Millennium Medical College, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. He is a Lecturer and General Practitioner at Madda Walabu University Goba Referral Hospital, Bale Robe, Ethiopia. Dr. Ibsa is Passionate about medical research, health care quality improvement, and community health education. He is a freelance research assistant. In it, he contributed to more than 20 researches in data management, data analysis and result writing, as well as proposal development. He has published 3 articles in peer reviewed journals and 1 quality improvement project at institutional level. He has been engaged in voluntary services for nearly 7 years, providing both professional and non-professional humanitarian services. Dr. Ibsa possesses a strong communication, leadership, team coordination, project management, and good computer skills.
