EMSA-Yetenaweg

Ethiopian Medical Students Association (EMSA) and Yetenaweg in collaboration bring an opportunity to medical students to publish your selected articles on www.yetenaweg.com. With the enormous amount of information available on the internet, our community does not always know what to trust and follow. Even from the available information, only a few are written in simple, accurate and in local languages.

EMSA wishes to empower medical students to become leaders dedicated to find solutions to the health care challenges that Ethiopia faces. Furthermore, it hopes to promote and foster the dissemination of information pertinent to the health needs of Ethiopians. Yetenaweg also has a mission of delivering Evidence based information and publishes evidence-based articles written by medical doctors.

We now are collaborating to involve medical students to participate and publish evidence based and patient focused health articles in our platform. Published articles will have an opportunity to win a prize at the end of each year. Top 10 will be selected annually and the winner will be awarded.

Articles should be submitted in Amharic. We hope to diversify publications to other local languages in the future as we broaden our limited medical team working on this project.
